Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga classes improve energy levels, flexibility, posture, and tranquility; as well as properly positioning the baby, releasing endorphins and liberating the instinctive process for birth.  An hour of yoga is followed by 15 minutes of relaxation exercises, designed to prepare the mother-to-be for handling labor more confidently.

Classes are offered individually for $12 or in packages of 6 for $60 (can be taken any time).  There are no sessions for pre-natal yoga, all classes are drop-in.  Please note: Packages expire 1 year from purchase date.  Classes run weekly except when they coincide with major holidays.  Floor space limited to 10 students.  Please call us at 414.744.7001 with any questions regarding Prenatal Yoga.

mombabyyogaMom & Baby Yoga

Mom and baby yoga is a chance to bond with your baby through movement, relaxation and breathwork. Moms learn ways to stretch and play with baby, meet other moms, and start returning into their own body. Class includes poses for just baby, just mom and a lot of combinations for both mom and baby. This is a great way to ease back into a workout routine that includes baby. Please note – this is for babies ranging from six-weeks old to crawling.

Classes are offered individually for $12 or in packages of 4 for $45 (can be taken any time).  Please note: Packages expire 1 year from purchase date.

Classes run weekly except when they coincide with major holidays.

Please Note: No July classes for Mom & Baby, we will return August 8th @ 10am

Postnatal Yoga

This class nourishes a mother’s body, mind, and spirit after childbirth with restorative postures, calming breath work and guided relaxation. A mother can attend as soon as she feels well enough, ideally after 6-8 weeks (10-12 weeks with a cesarean birth).
Newborns and young infants are welcome; however, solo participation is encouraged when possible. Postpartum mothers are welcome up to 12-18 months or longer.
