Prenatal Yoga classes improve energy levels, flexibility, posture, and tranquility; as well as properly positioning the baby, releasing endorphins and liberating the instinctive process for birth. An hour of yoga is followed by 15 minutes of relaxation exercises, designed to prepare the mother-to-be for handling labor more confidently.
Classes are offered individually for $12 or in packages of 6 for $60 (can be taken any time). There are no sessions for pre-natal yoga, all classes are drop-in. Mom and baby yoga is a chance to bond with your baby through movement, relaxation and breathwork. Moms learn ways to stretch and play with baby, meet other moms, and start returning into their own body. Class includes poses for just baby, just mom and a lot of combinations for both mom and baby. This is a great way to ease back into a workout routine that includes baby.
Classes are offered individually for $12 or in packages of 4 for $45 (can be taken any time).
Classes run weekly except when they coincide with major holidays.
