Preparing for Baby answers that question – by helping to prepare you for what to expect in those first weeks and months taking sole care of your new baby. Partners and new babies more than welcome and encouraged!
This 2-hour hands-on class covers baby basics for the first three months and beyond, including :
- Newborn care
- Flexible schedules
- Sleep solutions
- Newborn development and activities
- Depression and other postpartum mood disorders
- Basic baby items to have on hand
- Things you probably won’t use
- Going back to work
- Self care + relationship changes
- Common concerns
Parents will receive take-home resources to support you in as you prepare for and welcome your little one.
