Mom and baby yoga is a chance to bond with your baby through movement, relaxation and breathwork. Moms learn ways to stretch and play with baby, meet other moms, and start returning into their own body. Class includes poses for just baby, just mom and a lot of combinations for both mom and baby. This is a great way to ease back into a workout routine that includes baby.
It will be held on Tuesdays at 10am for one hour, and the fee is $45 for four sessions or $12 for one session. This is a continuing class, and is for babies ranging from head-holding to crawling.
