CranioSacral Therapy (CST) as developed by John E Upledger DO is a gentle, hands-on therapy that evaluates and enhances the function of he body through its craniosacral system. This system is comprised of connective tissue an cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. Practitioners use a gentle touch to release restrictions in that system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CST can be effective for a wide range of issues associated with pain and dysfunction in adults, children, and infants and it is safe and effective during all stages of your pregnancy.
