Postnatal and Beyond


This class rejuvenates and nourishes a mother’s body, mind, and spirit with strengthening dynamic and rejuvenating restorative postures, grounding breath work and guided relaxation. Ayuyrvedic lifestyle tips also support a healthy postpartum.


Postpartum mothers can attend as soon as she feels well enough

– ideally after 6-8 weeks (10-12 weeks with a cesarean birth) – 


Newborns and pre-crawling infants are welcome; however, solo participation is encouraged when possible. Open to all postpartum moms and beyond (1 year+).



Class will take place on a monthly basis  –  Fee is $15 a class
